Flat Proofing with Trojan Inserts
Trojan Tire flat-proofing provides an air-like ride without the air, and potential explosive force. Utilizing reusable soft core technology, this flat-proofing option uses premanufactured cellular rubber layers and inserts them into a tire. This method flexes with a tires’ load to absorb shock and delivers an air-like ride - it can also increase load capacity up to 50%. Flat Proofing with Foam Filling
Foam filling is an alternative option for flat-proofing tires and prolonging their life in certain applications. This process fills tires with a liquid polyurethane which cures into a solid elastomer. This renders them immune to flats and is an excellent option for extreme operating conditions.
